    1. For Q.18,there's a formula for perpendicular lines(m1.m2=-1)
      Just put the value of first slope you'll get the 2nd slope automatically.

    2. And for Q.18 just put the values of the three given points in the equations, the one which satifies all of the given points is the answer

    The vertical distance of the line which is parallel to the yaxis is zero so that's why the slope of this line is zero . therefore the slope of the perpendicular to this line will also zero.
